The Evergreen at Semiahmoo

The Evergreen at Semiahmoo (pronounced Semi-AH-Moo) is a large custom built home for up 18 people with fantastic unobstructed ocean views tucked into a grove of … majestic Evergreens!   

Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home and luxuries of a hotel including:

• 600 mpbs high speed internet,
• a private washer/dryer, 
• a wood burning stove in the living room, 
• pool table in the loft/rec room,
• ping pong table in the garage,

• generous well-appointed outdoor spaces, 
• large hot tub / jacuzzi arriving in June 2022, 
• a large and deeply cushioned window seat that does double duty as the best place for watching the storms roll in and the best place for a nap,
• 3 smart TVs,
• glorious high-end hotel quality mattresses and linens, and
• each bedroom is set up with a workstation so you can work or school remotely.  

We also welcome your furry family members with an additional nightly pet fee.  

The bedrooms are:

1. Downstairs ocean view bedroom:  King sized bed; en suite bathroom with shower
2. Primary ocean view bedroom:   King sized bed; trundle bed with 2 twins; crib; en suite shower (jetted tub pictured does not work properly yet)
3. Forest view guest room:  Queen sized bed shared bathroom with tub
4. Ocean view guest room:  Queen sized bed shared bathroom with tub
5. Ocean view loft:  Queen over Queen bunk beds; 2 Queen sofa beds (*this room sleeps 8*) with en suite shower

The kitchen seats seven at the dining table and four at the bar.  The outdoor table seats seven.   There are two children’s high-chairs available in the garage.  There is an extra refrigerator/freezer combo in the garage.  There's a gas grill on the back porch by the outdoor dining table.  

The larger patio has two large outdoor sofas, two swivel chairs, and a fire pit.

The Evergreen is only 23 miles / 30 minutes from the Bellingham International Airport.  

The Evergreen is located on the Semiahmoo peninsula just 1.2 miles from the beaches at Semiahmoo Park, 2.4 miles from the restaurants, spa, pool, wellness center, kids club, theater, and tennis courts at the Semiahmoo Resort, and 2.0 miles from the Arnold Palmer designed Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club and Great Heron Grill.  

Ten minutes away you can visit the Birch Bay Water Slides and Birch Bay beach.  Just 15 minutes away is the Birch Bay State Park.  

Play at the beach, wear yourselves out at the Birch Bay Water Slides, and relax by the bonfire at the Semiahmoo Resort or stay home and enjoy the well stocked kitchen with double ovens, rec room, jacuzzi, and firepit.

Parking:  There is a 3-car garage, but it’s set up for a ping pong table so only two garage spots are available.  The rest of the cars must fit in the large circle driveway and not block the neighbors’ access on the private road to the home.
